Food is always perfect and hot. Delivery was spot on by a friendly driver. But why the 30p charge (online order) for a bag when you don't need one for pizza boxes? Why don't the kids meals come with a drink? Anywhere else the kids meals come with a drink and at the price of 5 I think they should be with a drink.
Used a variety of pizza shops in the area but not anymore. Will always use Galaxy because of the owner (Nabi). He opened his shop early and delivered pizzas to my little boy and his friends after a five a side party. 5* customer service and the food is belta too. Highly recommend.
I’ve had many takeaways from Galaxy pizza, but I have to write this review to commend their absolute commitment to their customers. I asked for a mixed kebab and just some plain chicken grilled for my dog Nala. They went above and beyond to ensure the chicken was entirely plain, no spices at all, the chicken was amazing, me and my dog loved it, and the mixed kebab I had was simply sublime. The young girl that worked there, what an absolute credit to this establishment. Her customer service skills were exemplary, what an amazing employee

After beign regular customers, we stopped using Galaxy a couple of years ago - the food quality, delivery times and service had gone way downhill. The food we had delivered tonight was absolutely brilliant - the Galaxy Special pizza was piping hot, the salad dead fresh and the chips were crisp. We're definitely going to order regularly from Galaxy again.
